"I had a website created & hosted by WABW for about 20 years. Then suddenly they let my Domain Name go even though I paid the fee to maintain it. I even continued to pay the fee without any notification from them that it no longer existed. I reached out to WABW about 10 times via phone and email once I found out for a $230 refund for the fees I paid after the domain name no longer existed. They never acknowledged my emails and never returned my calls, even after leaving messages with a live person. It costs $10,000 to get the domain name back, the only saving grace is that I am not active in that business, but kept it for online for the content and name. the new President is not responsive at all. The prior regime that set up my website 20 years ago were very good."
