Nibin Varghese is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Bless Web Designs, a Dallas web design and digital marketing agency he started in 2012. Over the past 14 years he has led the design and launch of more than 2,000 websites for small businesses across Dallas–Fort Worth. Nibin works directly with every client personally — if you reach out about a website, he’s the one you’ll talk to, from the first call through launch. He is Google UX certified and also holds Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and AWS certifications. Nibin lives in Garland with his wife and two kids, and outside of work you’ll find him playing soccer, hunting, or tending his 150-gallon planted aquarium.

Ryan Mitchell is the Co-Founder and Technical Director of Bless Web Designs, the Dallas web design and digital marketing agency he launched with Nibin Varghese in 2012. Ryan oversees the technical side of every build — hosting, security, site speed, and Core Web Vitals — across the 2,000+ websites the agency has delivered to Dallas–Fort Worth businesses. He sets the development standards the engineering team follows and personally reviews every site before launch. Ryan is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and holds a CompTIA Security+ certification. He earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of North Texas and lives in Frisco with his wife and their two boys — most weekends you’ll catch him golfing or bass fishing on Lake Lewisville.

Aditya Menon is the Director of Digital Strategy at Bless Web Designs in Dallas, where he connects the dots between a client’s website, their marketing, and their revenue. He builds the growth plans behind the agency’s web design, local SEO, and paid advertising work, using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and conversion tracking to make sure every site actually produces leads — not just looks good. Aditya has 12 years of experience in digital strategy and holds Google Analytics and HubSpot Inbound Marketing certifications. He earned his MBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business and lives in Irving. When he’s not in a strategy meeting, he’s on a tennis court or training for his next 10K.

Jibin Joy is the UX/UI Lead Designer at Bless Web Designs. He leads user experience across the agency’s projects — wireframes, page layouts, and user flows built in Figma — with one goal: websites that are easy to use and turn visitors into customers. Jibin has designed interfaces for 800+ small-business websites, from home-service companies to medical practices and restaurants. He holds the Google UX Design Professional Certificate and has 9 years of design experience. Jibin works remotely with the Bless Web Designs team and is a dad to two boys. Away from the screen, he’s usually behind a camera or filling up another sketchbook.

Kevin Brooks is a Senior Graphic Designer at Bless Web Designs in Dallas, working across both digital and print. Using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, he creates the graphics, banners, social media creatives, and marketing materials that support the agency’s web design and advertising work for DFW businesses. Kevin has 11 years of professional design experience and is an Adobe Certified Professional in Photoshop and Illustrator, with client work spanning restaurants, gyms, and home-service companies.
